Ever since I can remember, I’ve been able to see the great potential in others. Nothing gives me more joy then when I can help connect people to their “bliss”: their inner passion, purpose, and leadership style for a positive, lasting result.

My enthusiasm for coaching was ignited in the early 1990s. For over 10 years, I coached individuals and facilitated support groups at Whitman Walker Health in Washington, DC. My clients showed remarkable personal growth with their career, relationships, health and wellness, acceptance of sexual orientation, and most significantly death and dying.

In organizational settings as a Professional Certified Coach, I guide clients on matters of personal and professional leadership. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I have a particular knack in coaching dysfunctional teams in organizations to higher levels of effectiveness. I am a frequent facilitator and presenter.

My experience as a leader in business informs my perspectives as a coach. Previous roles include vice president of product development at K12 Inc., where I led the way for the design of the first K–12 e-learning programs; and director of Enhanced Television, a joint venture between Intel and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), where I pioneered the development of interactive TV.

I was a founding producer at NationalGeographic.com and held roles at Time-Life Inc., Columbia Records (CBS), Scholastic Inc., professional theater, and elsewhere.

Currently, I am a member of the board of directors for Young Artists of America, and I use my own performance training to help leaders seeking to polish their executive presence.

Perhaps most importantly, I bring value and deep knowledge of the coaching process, no matter the topic. My solutions-oriented approach helps get the client to their goals.
