My enthusiasm for coaching was ignited in the early 1990s. For over 10 years, I coached individuals and facilitated support groups at Whitman Walker Health in Washington, DC. How will I know you are the right coach for me?
During our initial conversations and/or discovery session, together we will identify if this is an appropriate fit. So, before you say “yes”, you will have a sample of what the coaching experience will be like.
How do I get started in the coaching process?
If you are interested in beginning the coaching process, please contact me via email — tom@energy-coaching.net — so we can schedule a “Set Your Roadmap” session to further explore the details of the coaching relationship.
What can you expect from me as your coach?

What if I sign up for this and decide it is not right for me?
Corporate clients are governed by a contract. For private clients, fees are paid in advance of a monthly (four week) cycle. With notice, private clients can stop coaching without penalty. Any outstanding pre-paid sessions are reimbursed.
Can I contact you in-between our scheduled coaching sessions?
Yes! In the event that you would like support on something that comes up in between our meetings, you can email me and we can arrange a “just in time” coaching via email.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
It’s easy. With at least a 24-hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by connecting to my calendar ((https://calendly.com/tomdg/60min))
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be billed to the client (unless it is an emergency).
What are the various methods of payment I can use to pay for my coaching services?
For private clients, monthly payments can be made via Venmo in advance of coaching sessions.
